Human Resources Business Partner - Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations within the rare disease and pharmaceuticals industry. This position requires a proactive approach to organizational design and collaboration with various departments to enhance employee engagement and development.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong advisory skills in workforce planning and talent management.
- Experience in handling employee relations and providing managerial coaching.
- Ability to identify training needs and develop learning programs.
- Knowledge of compensation practices and ensuring internal equity.
The Human Resources Business Partner's responsibilities will be:
- Advise business leaders on workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Address employee relations issues, including coaching managers on performance reviews and feedback.
- Guide managers on employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
- Identify training needs and work with learning & development to create effective programs.
- Collaborate with compensation teams to conduct salary reviews and maintain internal equity.
