We pride ourselves on delivering exceptionalguest experiences and professional service in a dynamic and welcomingenvironment.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. Thisposition supports the Director of Sales in managing group accounts, developingnew business, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidateis organized, personable, and driven to achieve results in a fast-pacedhospitality setting.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Sales with daily operations and account managementConduct 15–20 cold calls per day and perform outside sales visitsManage and maintain current group and corporate accountsPrepare and send room block and conference contractsFollow up on leads, contracts, and rebookingsTrack room pickup, cutoff dates, and group block performanceDevelop and maintain relationships with organizations and clientsAssist with incoming sales and reservation inquiriesCompile monthly financial reports for the hotel and conference centerAttend client meetings and represent the property professionallyUse systems such as Agilisys, Event Master, and SalesforcePerform other duties as assignedQualifications2–3 years of sales experience; hospitality or outside sales preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience with hotel management systems preferredProficiency in Salesforce preferredExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressureWillingness to work flexible or non-traditional hours as neededProfessional appearance and adherence to Four-Diamond service standardsWhy You’ll Love Working HereBe part of an award-winning, locally owned property that values excellence and teamworkWork in a beautiful, modern facility connected to the University of Illinois campusCollaborate with a professional, supportive team that celebrates successEnjoy a culture that encourages growth, creativity, and community involvementBenefitsCompetitive salary ($45,000–$55,000 based on relevant experience)Health benefits package401(k) retirement planPaid vacationBonus opportunitiesLocationI Hotel and Illinois Conference Center1900 S.
