Role Description

The ideal candidate should have the skills and qualifications necessary to manage an entire commercial building project from beginning to end.


Key Requirements:

- A minimum of ten years of practical experience in an architectural office, including work on new constructions and tenant improvements.

- Proficient in Revit, with a strong familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other Windows based software.

- Professional in appearance, behavior, and attitude.

- Reliable, honest, prompt, and diligent.

- Committed to personal and professional growth, such as pursuing architectural licensure and registration.

- Willing and able to work collaboratively as part of a production team.

- Capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Well-versed in commonly used architectural and construction concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Possesses knowledge or experience in construction.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients and coordinate with consultants.

- Manage budgets and deadlines while resolving conflicts and issues.

- Conduct code research.

- Prepare design development packages, construction documents, and construction administration services.

- Address QA/QC comments and coordinate city submittals and redline responses.

- Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and shop drawings, and attend construction meetings.

- Follow up with the project team to ensure projects stay on schedule.
