Shift: Day / M-F / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM,


Job Summary:


  • The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating employee relations and ensuring smooth operational processes within the human resources department.
  • This individual is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees and assisting with various HR functions, particularly in onboarding procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts and support candidate selection processes.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives to support employee development and growth.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and generating reports.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, with a focus on customer service and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and navigate HR software systems.
  • Experience with onboarding procedures and familiarity with HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certification in HR is a plus.
