Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection and testing of purchased materials, components, and products in strict adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Execute visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability of recorded data.
  • Operate test and measurement equipment proficiently, providing recommendations for procedural enhancements and documenting any identified non-conformances.
  • Actively participate in Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies as well as First Article inspections, contributing to data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support Divisional initiatives aimed at upholding Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and compliance with regulatory standards.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the inspection and testing realm within manufacturing or quality control environments.
  • Proficiency in visual, dimensional, and functional inspection techniques, coupled with the ability to interpret and apply procedural guidelines effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to adherence to established procedures, and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to undertake diverse tasks as needed and unwavering dedication to actively contribute to Divisional initiatives.
