ClaimDeck is an innovative, market-leading claims management platform designed to eliminate claims litigation leakage by facilitating seamless collaboration between carriers and law firms. Role Expectations:
• Define and lead product strategy, aligning with the company's vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for customers.
o Review ongoing feedback from insurance carriers and law firms to develop solutions that address key pain points in claims handling.
• Prioritize and resolve customer issues, utilizing feedback to inform product improvements.
• Work closely with the development team to drive feature delivery and product enhancements.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for seamless API integrations and strategic partnerships.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain ClaimDeck’s market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain a product roadmap that supports ClaimDeck’s strategic objectives. Calibrate quarterly with Leadership.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, defining product requirements that guide the development team.
• Refine product-market fit and define platform direction to maximize value to customers.
• Lead product initiatives using agile methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery of features.
• Conduct user research, leveraging insights to validate solutions that meet user needs and market demands.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute product strategies and achieve business goals.
Engage with potential partners and customers at conferences and industry events.
Team Structure:
The Product Manager will report to the CTO and work closely with Project Management, Customer Success, and Sales teams. The role will also interact with the Executive Team, providing updates on product progress, needs, and strategic concerns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Understanding of the insurance industry's challenges and regulatory landscape.
• Strong proficiency in defining and executing product strategies for SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in product management within the Legal and/or Insurance sectors.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and tools such as Jira.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional teams.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in web-based software development.
Experience:
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful SaaS products, particularly in the insurance and/or legal industries.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management within the insurance industry, with exposure to legal claims management highly desirable.
Location:
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Dallas, TX.
