About the Role:
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires full time travel and a knack for communication and effective team building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Oversee the construction schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, representing the company to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Federal or Healthcare construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
