About the Role:

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires full time travel and a knack for communication and effective team building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Oversee the construction schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, representing the company to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Federal or Healthcare construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
