Receptionist Job Description

The Receptionist is a member of the admin team. They are responsible for guiding our patient’s experience at Images Med Spa and ensure that each visit is seamless and enjoyable. 

Responsibilities/Tasks Include:

  • Answering the phone in a timely, professional manner 
  • Scheduling appointments 
  • Greeting/ checking in patients as they arrive 
  • Checking out patients/ taking payment 
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable front desk/ lobby 
  • Confirming appointments 
  • Being adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Assist providers in turning over rooms as needed
  • Provide clients with product and service information
  • Promote Monthly Specials and other marketing initiatives
  • Assist in reaching team goals
  • Opening and closing duties 
  • Providing top notch customer service
  • Assist with keeping product shelving organized and stocked/unboxing deliveries 
  • Maintaining a positive environment for patients and coworkers 
  • Attend product line and service trainings
  • Creation and Maintenance of Patient Superbills
  • Alle and Aspire Reports
  • Open/Closed Invoices
  • Assisting with laundry 
  • Check in/Check-out protocol
  • Micro Call Center Flex for partial or entire scheduled shifts.
  • Attending quarterly team outings for employee bonding (Just for fun)


Required Schedule/Availability

While each center has the autonomy to create their own schedule, The Director of First and Last Impressions will be required to have availability to work opening and closing shifts and two Saturday’s a month to support business needs.
