Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Machine Operator to support our automated card production process. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machinery while ensuring production quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate automated machinery in the production process, including printing and assembling.
  • Monitor machine performance, perform maintenance, and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure product quality through inspections, adhering to company standards.
  • Keep detailed records of production output, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.


Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Understanding of production procedures and machine operations.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.

Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Basic math and computer skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company policies.


Preferred Qualifications:


Vocational training or certification in machinery operation or maintenance.

Knowledge of standard printing equipment and regulations.
