We are seeking an Associate Attorney (Florida Bar Member) to join our Estate Planning and Probate team in our Davie, FL location.
Experience is not necessary, and I welcome the opportunity to train the right individual. We have a large, comfortable, and modern office with a vibrant and enjoyable professional team. We use a team-centered approach toward ensuring that our client’s priorities are met with a professional and positive experience. Salary will be dependent upon many factors including potential for business development and referral networks. We offer an additional bonus when you bring in work from your personal network but there are no business development requirements. We invest in you by providing a salary commensurate with your experience, paid time off, paid holidays, a retirement plan and profit sharing. This is a full-time arrangement with the understanding that a work-life balance is of the upmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs.
- Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Provide legal advice on estate and probate matters.
- Assist in the administration of estates and trusts.
- Observe our core values
- Manage legal projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Experience in estate planning and probate law is preferred but not necessary.
