Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs.
• Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Provide legal advice on estate and probate matters.
• Assist in the administration of estates and trusts.
• Observe our core values
• Manage legal projects independently and efficiently
• Provide an excellent customer experience for clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Experience in estate planning and probate law is preferred but not necessary.
