Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Role: Lead and manage a team of meat processing operators, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Meat Processing Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of meat processing techniques, including meat grinding, marination, and palletizing.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate supplies for production.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the meat processing industry, with a strong background in meat grinding and marination.
- Supervisory Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising and mentoring a team of production workers.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial meat processing equipment, including meat grinders and palletizing systems.
- Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cold working environment and adapt to changing production demands.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products to meet customer expectations.
