Your tasks:

  • Craft and execute data-driven paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our products. Experience is required, with a minimum monthly advertising budget of five figures.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and visibility across search engine platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continually improve results.
  • Know your tools Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Essential e-commerce and platform experience: familiarity with the backend of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, or other no-code tools and CMS systems.
  • Strategic Planning: execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share across various channels.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing and design teams ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.


What You Bring:

  • Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, with a strong track record of driving significant results.
  • Solid understanding of paid search advertising, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, understand market dynamics, and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
