Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM [Monday to Friday]

Contract Duration: 06 Months


Job Description:

  • Prepares purchase orders and communicate with vendor the requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized purchasing and supplier files subject to audit.
  • Maintains vendor relationship and metrics while driving continuous improvement efforts.
  • Works closely with the production scheduler to enable accurate forecasting and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborates with all departments to ensure on-time delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prioritizing work to meet customer demands and communicating the work with supervisors.
  • Responsible for control of data which includes gathering and distribution of all information needed to complete work.
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress and quality of sub-vendors and suppliers, USA and abroad.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration (or a related field) or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to read engineering/blueprints drawings preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a must.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Windchill preferred.
  • iScala ERP System experience preferred.
  • Will require to walk around shop floor when needed to orders - PPE required, must have steel toe shoes. Client will provide vest and safety glasses.
