Jr. Recruiter

As an Entry-Level Recruiter at Interactive Resources, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for our clients. You will work closely with experienced recruiters to identify, attract, and select qualified candidates for various job positions. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Communicate effectively with candidates to provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and interview processes.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
7. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
8. Provide administrative support to recruiters as needed, including organizing candidate files and assisting with documentation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Detail-oriented and thorough in candidate screening and assessment.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or customer service is a plus but not required.
8. Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of recruitment.
