Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Tobyhanna, PA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction site management, ensure construction safety, utilize strong organizational skills, manage budgets, and lead project management activities to ensure project success.

• Construction Site Management, Budgeting, and Project Management skills
• Computer Skills
• Construction Safety knowledge and experience
• Strong ORGANIZATIONAL skills
• Experience in construction management or related field
• Ability to adhere to project timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA certification is a plus but can be provided for employee
• Quality Control Management Training Certification a plus but can be provided for employee
• Must be able to pass background check requirements to gain base entry
• Be able to read and interpret construction drawings & specifications
• Be able to read, interpret, and follow CPM project schedules
• Works well with others
