JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager II to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you'll join a growing team and working to assist with a large industrial expansion of warehouse facilities that include cold storage. In order to be successful on this team you must have hands on experience managing projects in at least 2 of the following disciplines: healthcare, industrial, technical or commercial. Any prior experience working on construction projects involving cold storage will help you be successful on this team. This team is not looking for individuals with the bulk of their experience within residential or sr living builds. Prior MEP experience, and a focus on MEP will help you succeed on this team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • -At least 8 years of experience within the PM space
  • -Background within MEP
  • -Ability to travel to Jacksonville and Tampa, FL as needed (must be local to FL or willing to move to FL to be considered for this role)
  • -Ability to manage team members associated with said construction project.
  • -Microsoft Project experience
  • -Experience with Procore
  • -Hands on experience working within at least 2 of the following industries: healthcare, industrial, technical, commercial
  • -We are not looking for individuals with the bulk of their experience within residential or sr living builds
