Position Summary:The Senior Construction Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of retail construction projects—from initial concept through final completion. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including Retail, Finance, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, IT, and Loss Prevention, to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Construction.Essential Functions:Project Management:Lead all architectural and construction activities for new store builds and renovationsOversee project timelines, budgets, and quality from inception to completionCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and approvals Vendor and Consultant Coordination:Manage bidding, qualification, negotiation and awarding of contracts; both general contractor and vendorsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure compliance with brand standards and local codesReview and approve construction documents and shop drawingsSite Oversight and Quality Control:Conduct site visits from layout through punch list completionPrepare detailed reports and follow up on outstanding issuesEnsure millwork and construction meet quality standardsQualifications:Minimum 10 years of retail construction project managementBachelor’s Degree in architecture, Construction Management or related fieldAble to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe AcrobatProven leadership and team coordination skillsWillingness to travel up to 30%, depending on project needsDetails:Full-time role located in Secaucus, New JerseyHybrid work model includes in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.Health, Vision & Dental Insurance for full-time employees401K with employer match programGenerous employee discount
