  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes to identify areas for improvement through Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement customized Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that meet client needs and best practices.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management) to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 (experience across multiple modules is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and design principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
