We're looking for a Director of Insurance Sales & Operations who will lead with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to our clients' success.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Insurance Sales & Operations will play a critical role in the development and success of our insurance sales strategy. Key responsibilities include:

·      Training and Development: Champion training programs for our Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors, focusing on new business acquisition and the adept use of insurance illustrations across a spectrum of carriers.

·      Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all insurance sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards, embodying our core values of ethics and integrity.

·      Illustration Guidance: Offer unmatched expertise in insurance illustrations, empowering our team with the knowledge and tools necessary for presenting and selling our products confidently.

·      Commission Oversight: Oversee the collection and processing of insurance commission payouts, collaborating with our accounting team to guarantee precision and promptness in our financial engagements.

Qualifications:

·      Professional Certification: Life & Health License (Required), Series 65 License (Preferred)

·      Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record in managing insurance commissions within a licensed agency or brokerage (Required)
• Deep understanding of advanced insurance products (Required)
• Acquaintance with a variety of carriers and products (Preferred)

Education:

·      Bachelor's Degree (Required), with a preference for degrees in STEM fields like Finance or Accounting. Advanced degrees or certifications (CFP, MBA) are advantageous.
