Shift: Days or Nights available / 7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a

36 or 48 hour contracts available, Holiday required


Length: 13 Weeks


Requirements:

• LA License

• 2 years experience

• Malignant Hematology/BMT experience or oncology experience

• EPIC EMR experience required

• ACLS

• BLS

• ONS chemo/immunotherapy course

• CPI preferred, but not required


Other Details:

• May float if BMT census drops

• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions

• Must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "Local"
