Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Financial Analyst. This company is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, experience working with capital, and strong analytical skills. This company offers a brand-new office downtown Milwaukee, an employee first mentality, and a hybrid work environment.
The salary range for this job is $80k-105k.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances and areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of company capital planning efforts, including working capital components and spending.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and risk for potential investments.
- Maintain and update financial database.
- Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Work closely with departments to gather financial information and support business operations.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Financial Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience.
- 1+ year of working with capital management and/or corporate finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
