Join our dynamic team as a CNC Programmer Our company is experiencing rapid growth, and we're expanding our manufacturing capabilities. We're looking for a skilled individual who can develop and implement CNC programs, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and develop documents for new and existing products based on engineering drawings.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical data to determine tooling requirements, machining methods, and operational sequences.
  • Design, create, and implement new CNC programs, including improvements in tooling and machining processes.
  • Develop sustainable and standardized machining processes to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with the shop to monitor first articles of new programs, assist with setups, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Research and implement new machining methodologies and tooling to improve processes.
  • Develop machining practices that prioritize safety, reduce setup times, and minimize non-conformances.
  • Generate G-Code programs efficiently using GibbsCam and NX CAM software.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes to exceed client expectations.


Requirements:


  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Proficiency in GibbsCam, Solidworks, and working with G&M Codes.
  • Experience with CNC lathes, live tooling lathe, and 4-axis mills with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls, and NX CAM.
  • Expertise in CAD/CAM software, model manipulation, and machine template generation.
  • Ability to read engineering prints and understand GD&T.
  • Proficient in adjusting speeds, feeds, tooling, and analyzing code programs (M and G).


Additional Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering with 1+ year experience OR 5+ years related experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
