Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of successfully delivering digital solutions. Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for digital services, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for new digital services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to gather and prioritize requirements for digital services.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, end-users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Work alongside the technical resources in the digital team to translate requirements into actionable development plans.
  • Play a lead role in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital services.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital services.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions on the roadmap.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure completion of any documentation necessary to meet applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical device data security and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, IEC 62304, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience with 5+ years in product management, in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Familiarity with working in an uncertain environment to elucidate requirements, shape strategy and develop roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of digital technology, software development, and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing digital products from concept to market.
