QA Archivist - Contract - Philadelphia, PA
Proclinical is seeking a QA Archivist to efficiently manage the archiving process of organizational documents, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on preserving documents, managing their life cycle, and collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain high standards of documentation practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Detail-oriented
- Technical experience in archive and/or documentation management
- Knowledge of archive management
- GMP experience preferred
The QA Archivist's responsibilities will be:
- Manage the archiving process to ensure document traceability and compliance.
- Preserve and manage the life cycle of documents (e.g., return, consultation, loan, modification, destruction).
- Oversee approved archives, including lifecycle management, destruction, and access.
- Organize the consultation and borrowing of documents in collaboration with partners, ensuring traceability according to SLAs.
- Coordinate the archive outsourcing process with external partners.
- Organize the scanning process for legacy records and ensure they are properly archived.
- Scan GMP documents into the QMS (logbooks, validation binders, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to comply with applicable procedures and regulations.
- Promote good documentation practices within the archiving framework.
Compensation:
USD 30-34, Per Hour
