Director of Finance

The ideal candidate demonstrates sound financial management skills and provides leadership and coordination in the financial, cash flow planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. The position is responsible for the financial management of the practice’s operations

Responsibilities

• Works full time, on site, to support the financial operations of AMA-PC.
• Manages ongoing banking relationships for maximum efficiency.
• Manages ongoing CPA relationships for timely and accurate tax filings.
• Develops cash flow forecasting and maintains plans to satisfy long term cash needs.
• Coordinates and conducts presentations of the practice’s monthly financial statements.
• Develops and monitors annual budgets.
• Reviews existing contracts for compliance.
• Participates in managing the practice’s financial information system needs and recommends changes as needed.
• Responsible for shareholder compensation modeling and reporting

Qualifications

• CPA preferred, MBA a plus
• 3 to 5 years health care financial management experience.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
