Case Manager


Our client, a prominent nonprofit servicing the Greater Boston area, is looking to add a Case Manager to its team in Malden, MA. The individual in this role must be detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment in service of a great mission and diverse community. Compensation: $17-$20 per hour*

*salary listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.



Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Malden, MA to be eligible for this position.



Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls and emails
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and assist with ordering
  • Maintain accurate case files, client information, and available employment opportunities/resources
  • Conduct workshops, coordinate referrals, and connect clients with the appropriate support services
  • Provide community information resources to clients and assist clients with filling out applications
  • Walk clients through the intake process and establish educational/occupational goals
  • Develop positive working relationships with various organizations within the public and private sectors to expand placement efforts
  • Perform other administrative tasks and complete special projects as requested


  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 years of experience in case management, workforce development, and/or office support
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel especially)
