Role Description
This is a Full-time or Part-Time (can choose days) on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in San Diego, CA. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing social work services, including case management, in a medical setting. Daily tasks may include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling and therapy, coordinating community resources, and advocating for patients' social and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
- Social Work and Medical Social Work skills
- Experience in case management and mental health
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of California
