Winning Imprints & Custom Trophies is growing, and we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Keego Harbor, MI If you thrive on organization, love helping customers, and aren’t afraid to get creative when solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.

💼 What’s the Gig?

We’re offering 30+ hours a week with flexible scheduling because we understand work/life balance. You’ll earn $17 - $20/hour, depending on experience. Add to that a supportive work environment, and you’ve got yourself a great job

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with their requests (bonus points if you do it with a smile).
  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency—details matter
  • Get creative when problem-solving, anticipating issues, and building strategies to resolve them before they even happen.
  • Monitor open orders to track and follow up on past-due materials.
  • Maintain regular and consistent communication with both clients and vendors—staying in touch is key.
  • Provide honest and actionable feedback to other staff—your voice matters here.
  • Jump in on other tasks as needed to ensure customer projects are completed on time and to perfection.
