Job Description:

  • Senior Salesforce Admin/Analyst with experience integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), Experience Cloud nice to have.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud, as well as proficiency in designing, configuring, and testing integrations/APIs between Salesforce and AEM.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain integrations/APIs between Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leveraging knowledge of API technologies and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough testing of integrations/APIs to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams during implementation and integration phases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud features, as well as advancements in integration technologies, to continuously improve solution designs and implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven track record of successfully integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and experience developing custom integrations/APIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
