A Leading Role is a luxury dress-up brand that offers high-quality fantasy apparel and accessories for all ages. Founded in 2018, A Leading Role quickly gained recognition by collaborating with Gigi Hadid to reinvent the FAO Schwarz toy soldier uniform. Since then, A Leading Role has acquired licensing deals with Sanrio/Hello Kitty, Disney, Universal, Netflix and several others. We create beautifully crafted dress-up and apparel that is made with elevated fabrics and storytelling details, allowing children and adults to transform their imaginative play into real-life adventures.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Manager. The ideal candidate would lead our content strategy and ensure the delivery of engaging, high-quality content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photography, videography, digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. They will be responsible for managing our social media coordinator, collaborating with other departments, and driving the overall content strategy to meet business goals.


Qualifications


-Experience with IG, FB, YouTube and TikTok.

-Proven success with increased followers, engagement and influencer product placement for brands.

-Social media reporting experience and data analysis skills.

-Photography and video capabilities (including editing).

-An understanding of social video and how to optimize it for different platforms.

-Ability to storyboard and organize appealing visual content.

-Be a self-motivated person.
