Jr./Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Onsite Contract) - Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts for retail environments, packaging, and signage.
  • Design eye-catching graphics that are on-brand, consistent with style guides, and resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality layouts, illustrations, and mockups.
  • Adapt existing design elements for various applications, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow, meeting deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on retail, packaging, and/or signage.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
