UKG Pro WFM Consultant


Our Client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Consultant to optimize and reconfigure their Workforce Management (WFM) platform. With 6,000 end users, this well-established organization sees significant opportunities to enhance the platform's functionality and align it with their operational needs.


Role Summary

The ideal Consultant will partner with the HRIS Manager and team to evaluate the current UKG Pro WFM setup, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable plans to improve system utilization. The role requires technical expertise in UKG Pro WFM, best practices in system optimization, and the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and roadmaps.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the current configuration of the UKG Pro WFM platform to identify inefficiencies
  • Provide recommendations and implement best practices for module reconfiguration and workflow optimization
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including roadmaps and benchmarks, to guide system enhancements
  • Ensure technical solutions address downstream impacts and align with business needs
  • Work closely with the HRIS team to prepare the system for long-term usability and efficiency


Qualifications

  • Extensive UKG Pro WFM experience with full-cycle project implementations
  • Strong technical understanding of workflows and module optimization
  • Proven ability to document, roadmap, and benchmark system improvements
  • Expertise in re-mapping configurations to improve platform functionality
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Engagement Details

  • Duration: 6 months (with potential extensions)
  • Hours: To be determined based on project requirements
  • Location: Fully remote
