Role : Technical Lead


We are seeking a seasoned Data Conversion Lead with a strong background in ETL and experience in Property & Casualty Insurance - Personal Auto Products (Duck creek)

This role demands a strategic thinker who can oversee complex projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

With a requirement of 10-14 years of experience, the ideal candidate will drive our projects to success, contributing significantly to our miss


Experience : 10 to 14yrs.


Required Skills : Technical Skills : Duck creek , Any ETL tool - preferably Datastage

Domain Skills : Property & Casualty Insurance ,Auto - Agency Management


Roles & Responsibilities : -

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex data integration solutions using ETL
  • Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of data processing and ETL workflows. -
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. -
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and data quality. -
  • Provide expert guidance on Property & Casualty Insurance domain, focusing on Auto - Agency Management systems. -
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and profiling to support business decisions and project requirements. -
  • Implement best practices for data security and compliance in line with industry standards. -
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior team members on technical and domain-specific skills. -
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely delivery of solutions. -
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data management and insurance domains. -

Qualifications

  • Should have prior Insurance domain knowledge of Personal Auto Products (Duck creek)
  • Previous Policy Conversion Experience is desirable
  • Should be able to create Conversion Strategy document and High Level ETL design document ( We have samples available from Previous engagements but that needs to be modified as per PCS project scenarios )
  • Understanding of Policy Data Reconciliation Process
  • Good Data Analysis and SQL query writing skill
  • Understanding of how ETL tool works ( Any ETL tool will do ) - Preferably Datastage
  • Able to co-ordinate with Client Stakeholders at onsite
  • Should be able to set priorities for Offshore Delivery team based on Project expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges. -
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment. -
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and domain areas. -
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
