We are growing and are looking for a Director of Sales, Global Hotel Brands to join

our Sales team. This is a position where you will be responsible for owning new customer

acquisition and add-on responsibilities for a specific territory/client type. This position requires

an astute attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize.

This position will report to the Executive Vice President, Global Hotel Brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Ultimate accountability for the successful sale of all Tambourine products into a
  • designated territory, segment and/or named accounts
  • Expected to qualify inbound leads as well as generate outbound demand, via
  • individual prospecting efforts and account development and management
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts within the
  • segment
  • Participate in the field up to 50% of the time, representing the company at trade
  • shows or prospecting/selling on site
  • Meet or exceed performance/quota expectations consistently


What you bring:

  • A demonstrated ability to problem-solve, manage perception, and develop
  • operational solutions at a very high level
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong track record of accomplishments is sales and business development
  • preferably in larger enterprise accounts
  • Proficient to Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • MUST have MINIMUM 10 years work experience
  • 5+ years in direct B2B sales and prospecting
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally


Bonus Points:

  • Bilingual - Spanish /English preferred
  • Salesforce certification
  • Proficiency in Mac OS
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint /Keynote
  • SAAS or Digital Solutions - sales to hotels strongly preferred
