A semiconductor company is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This position is responsible for maintain existing clients as well as developing new clients selling semiconductor/electronic/automotive connectors. An associate’s degree, 1-2 years of corporate outside sales experience, experience selling connectors or similar products, and proficient PC skills are required. This is an exempt, full-time position, hybrid with excellent benefits, plus bonus, and 401k. ***Must have valid Passport/Driver's License***


Sales Representative Duties:

-Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

-Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.

-Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

-Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

-Works with marketing and other departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product information by sharing client feedback gained in the field.

-Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

-Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

-Will travel for business domestically once a month


Sales Representative Skills:

-Must have an associate’s degree

-Must have 1-2 years of corporate outside sales experience

-Must have experience selling connectors or similar products

-Must have a valid passport/driver’s license

-Must have proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Prior experience with corporate Japanese companies is a BIG PLUS but not mandatory

-Proven successful track record exceeding revenue goals and quotas for services

-Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
