The Role

Responbilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to software quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team leads to define and adhere to best practices and coding standards.


Requirement:

You are:

  • Handson experience in Java/J2EE application development.
  • Proven working experience in Java development with Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
  • Object-Oriented Analysis and design using common design patterns.
  • Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc).
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
  • Experience with test-driven development.
  • Mastery in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Deployment tools and workflows.
  • Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
