Senior Manager of FP&A

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis is an integral member of the finance leadership team and reports directly to the VP of Finance. This position manages multi-divisional FP&A and multi-business unit operational finance duties and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis/modeling and management of a small team of highly skilled financial analysts.

Job Description:

  • Serve as primary finance business partner to the company's largest business units
  • Perform financial analysis and financial modeling to support the business units and locations
  • Create/automate dashboards for operational leaders
  • Support CFO and regional operational leaders with financial modeling and pro-forma creation
  • Manage the operational finance team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required, CPA or MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of finance team management experience
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Multiple business unit and location experience required
  • Local Phoenix candidates only
Desired Skills and Experience

- 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Multi-entity experience required
- Strong financial modeling, reporting, and systems experience a must
- Local Phoenix candidates only
