Employment and Labor Associate Attorney

Our client is a top 50 AM global law firm who is recognized for their exceptional talent, inclusive workplace culture, and unwavering commitment to community engagement.
About you:
- You are a motivated and talented attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Employment law compliance advice and counseling.
- Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, and workplace policies.
- Litigation in areas such as trade secrets, employee mobility, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower claims.
- Conducting due diligence and advising on employment-related aspects of corporate M&A transactions.
You will bring:
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Confidence and effectiveness in client interactions, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and provide responsive, practical advice.
- Broad legal and business knowledge to counsel clients on complex matters.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Membership in the California Bar.
