Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mid- to Senior-Level Salesforce Consultant to lead Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions, demonstrating leadership in project management, and possessing a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, advising on best practices, and ensuring that our Salesforce solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including system customizations, configurations, and integrations.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements to develop strategic Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and customer engagement.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Auxano Salesforce team and Clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

• Mentor and guide junior Salesforce consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering presentations, and reporting on project progress and outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that provide competitive advantage.

• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role, with a proven record of leading successful Salesforce implementation projects.

• Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce products, platform configuration, and custom development.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Apex, Visualforce, and integration technologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific industry or sector where Salesforce solutions were applied, such as healthcare or commercial construction.

• Additional Salesforce or related technology certifications, such as CPQ or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (fka Pardot).
