Sr. Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and game teams and central teams, to ensure that products meet customer needs, are delivered on time, and are of high quality.

A successful candidate in this role has the ability to deep-dive the software development processes to understand pain points or enhancement opportunities that will be bring more productivity to teams and help our client build even stronger entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Develop, evangelize and drive a multi-year vision for your domain.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ability to deep-dive and problem solve the software development workflows and processes that individual teams employ and translate those into a prioritized backlog.
  • Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Work with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope, and priorities for product development.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure that products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Work with game team partners to ensure products, capabilities, and/or services are adopted and utilized and building a feedback loop to continue to improve.
  • Be an expert in your domain, including understanding the market for emerging solutions that may bring additional value to customers.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our products, ensuring that they meet business objectives and customer needs.

Skillset / Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in a senior technical product management role - can hit the ground running autonomously as a Senior Technical Product Manager.
  • Successful PMs in Game Creation typically have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, though all backgrounds will be considered.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in software development, web technologies, and/or cloud services.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
