Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Plano, TX. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization


Responsibilities:

Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.

Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which include weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.

Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.

Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.


Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.


Additional Information:

• Location: Plano, TX

• Job Type: 3-month contract

• Schedule: 6am-2pm central

• Pay Range: $18 - $22


*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
