Job Summary

The IT Analyst/DB Admin role is an integral part of the IT team working on various projects to continually move both TPG and customers forward with their IT needs. The Analyst will work on individual and team projects as well as items of a routine nature.


Knowledge of Database Administration is preferred and considered very advantageous to the team. In addition, knowledge of products and tools to improve and modernize IT and business processes, such as containerization, Linux, AI, cloud, etc are a plus.

  

Job Qualifications

  1. A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  2. Security-first mindset that translates to authentication, authorization, and access control
  3. Proficiency in SQL, including optimizing queries and automating manual processes.
  4. Ability to think critically and execute thoroughly.
  5. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage many details and moving parts.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  7. Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating an enjoyable work environment.
