We are seeking a Director of Membership Sales for an exciting new venture called Vintage Yacht Club. Club participation will entitle members to shared use of classic and vintage motor yachts in great destinations like Sausalito, Napa and Lake Tahoe. Please see www.vintageyacht.com for more detail. Responsibilities include creating an effective sales strategy, building a dynamic sales team and driving revenue.


The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with boats (power or sail), appreciation for history and great design, demonstrable people skills and good references. Compensation is based on a generous sales commission structure, against which we will consider paying an initial draw. We anticipate this could lead to a full-time position with salary, benefits and bonuses based on performance.
