  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls and governance processes.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks.
  • Develop risk management strategies and work closely with various departments to implement risk mitigation measures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to ensure ongoing compliance and security posture.

Audit and Assessment:

  • Conduct internal audits of information security practices.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to executive leadership.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop remediation plans for audit findings and ensure timely implementation.

Executive Communication:

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on the state of information security to executives.

Leadership and Governance:

  • Lead the governance of security initiatives and ensure adherence to established policies and frameworks.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in information security governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong background in audit practices and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of IAM governance.
  • Proven experience in preparing and presenting reports to executive leadership.
