As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by overseeing full desk recruitment and account management activities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, and successful placements within our clients' organizations. Additionally, you will be accountable for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
Full Desk Recruitment:
- Conduct comprehensive searches and employ various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates within the renewable energy sector.
- Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and alignment with organizational culture.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinate interview processes, and gather feedback.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Account Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the renewable energy industry.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific hiring goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional recruitment services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering industry insights and knowledge of market trends.
Market Research and Networking:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies within the renewable energy sector.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand professional networks and promote the agency's services.
- Contribute to market research initiatives, identifying key talent pools and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Renewable Energy).
- Proven experience in full desk recruitment, preferably within the renewable energy industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy sector, including knowledge of key roles, technical skills, and industry-specific trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other relevant recruitment tools.
- High level of self-motivation, drive, and resilience to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
