Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and technical design solutions.
• Formulate performance specifications.
• Produce detailed architectural plans and drawings using industry-standard drafting software.
• Facilitate, engage in, and lead client meetings to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Serve as either the project lead or a key team contributor, offering guidance and assistance to team members as required.
• Apply innovative solutions with skill and accuracy.
• Conduct research on current municipal regulations and ensure adherence to building codes and standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in construction drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Comprehensive understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and applicable regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect in the State of Wisconsin.
• Membership in the American Institute of Architects.
• Experience in design-build projects.
• Knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in the field.
