We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to support our centralized DAM project. The contractor will work closely with the Central DAM team to ensure efficient migration, organization, and management of digital assets for our Global Campaigns Team within Adobe Experience Manager. This role will also involve supporting our Digital Marketing team in the execution of digital marketing programs that utilize these assets. Experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and project management tools (Workfront preferred) is highly desirable. This is a two month contract opportunity operating remotely on PST hours.


  • Pay range is $26-32 per hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Migrate digital assets from the Global Campaigns Team to Adobe Experience Manager DAM.
  • Organize and structure digital assets within the DAM system.
  • Update and enhance metadata for all migrated assets to improve searchability.
  • Load promotional materials, including banners, videos, and presentation decks from virtual events, into the DAM.
  • Collaborate with the centralized DAM team to implement best practices and provide training for asset management.
  • Assist marketers in locating and accessing content within the DAM.
  • Support the marketing team in managing and optimizing the email channel and digital operations, as well as in developing and executing Global Campaigns.


Required Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proficiency in metadata management and tagging.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or content management roles.
  • Knowledge of eComm brand marketing processes and content lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with virtual event promotional materials and downloadable content.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools to build and activate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
