Inside Sales Executive (Hybrid)
Compensation: $50,000.00/year base + Commission + Bonus
LeadVision is excited to add a new class of Sales Executives to our growing team LeadVision is a digital marketing firm that specializes in lead generation for niche markets. We use inbound marketing techniques to generate sales leads for many different products and services. We help businesses get in front of more potential customers, as well as helping consumers get free, comparable quotes for the products and services they are looking for. Some of our verticals include heavy machinery, bathroom remodeling, solar power, hot tubs and more
Responsibilities
- Call on prospects to sell our lead generation services, ensuring continuous lead flow and engagement with potential clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and identify their needs and pain points.
- Use a combination of pre-designed sales scripts and product knowledge to explain how our service can increase their sales pipeline and drive business growth.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, nurturing leads, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, customer interactions, and progress.
- Clearly communicate with the customer to ensure they have a transparent understanding of our service, as well as the outcomes they can expect.
- Regularly engage with existing customers to assess their ongoing needs and identify opportunities to introduce upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. This includes metrics such as call volume, talk time, closed deals, and overall revenue generated.
