We empower families to acquire the necessary skills to help transfer their child's learning across all environments. It is our overall goal to help clients have as much functional independence as possible.


Role Description


This is a full-time role for a Clinical Director, BCBA at Trevor's Place located in Killeen, TX. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and providing clinical supervision. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality mental health services for clients. This is an on-site role that requires you to be located in Killeen, TX.


Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Your Day-to-Day at Trevor's Place

  • Provide 1 on 1 ABA therapy to children in individual and group settings
  • Create skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans
  • Complete appropriate assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.)
  • Implement treatment plans
  • Track client’s progress through data collection
  • Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
  • Assist in creation and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Oversight and management of all clinical staff
  • Oversight and management of Payor requirements
  • Provide quality assurance on all clinical items


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Certification through the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) [Required]
  • Current LBA (or eligible to apply for licensure through the state of Texas) [Required]
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis [Required]
  • Considerate and supportive communication style; warm, positive, upbeat demeanor
  • Lead and prioritize multiple tasks at a time in a dynamic environment without direct supervision
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willing to engage in proactive strategies and demonstrates taking initiative
  • Ability to make sound clinical and leadership decisions that benefit all stakeholders as well as the mission of the company
  • Works with integrity and demonstrates compliance at all times with the Ethical Standards set forth by the BACB
  • Attend marketing, network, and dissemination events outside of work hours when applicable (Example: conferences, recruiting events, etc.)
  • Available and willing to engage in recruiting activities to include visiting local clinics
  • Take on necessary communication and activities in times of absence of leadership or other clinical staff.
  • Serve as the RBT Coordinator ensuring that all supervision requirements are met
  • Experience providing ABA therapy
  • Maintain client confidentiality, protect personal information, and understand the importance of ethics
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check/drug screening
  • Passionate about children, families, and impacting their lives
