We possess the personnel, abilities, and knowledge to manage your roofing and waterproofing requirements, regardless of the nature of your project-new building, roof replacement, repairs, or upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all project requirements are communicated to the team.
  • Provide project updates to the organization.
  • Manage the work of subcontractors.
  • Train and supervise employees.
  • Address customer concerns and questions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with waterproofing and other types of roofing
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience supervising commercial roofing installations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, educational, government, and hospitality industries.
